 Assisting field work managers as well as operating core team by motivating them and ensuring whether the field work is done is being followed as per Standard Operating Procedures.
 Assisting design center to prepare Data collection instruction manual (DCIM) for each market by using the field knowledge of GCC retail market.
 Providing Cost to finance for each long term or short term and any AdHOC studies to book the cost for each year potential project opportunities and getting it approved from senior leadership by justifying each cost factor provided.
 Signing off the pre project plan and coordinating with Operations team and PMO to align on the project plan by helping both departments by providing solutions and potential risk (if any) in the project plan.
 Acting as a SPOC for MENAP markets in absence of RES MENAP Leader and covering up additional responsibilities apart from regular KPI’s.
