Projects Include: Zayed National Museum (ZNM) at Abu dhabi, Marsa Al Arab at
Palm jumeira Dubai, The Saadiyat Grove at Abu dhabi, Creek Edge at Dubai.

Roles and Responsibilities:
_To Implement all the procedures in BIM and Digital Construction during the design, construction, and handover of a project.
_To take all the necessary factors for project implementation and completion, categorize them, and use them to turn the BIM environment into a productive and collaborative one.
_Defining a BIM strategy by implementing systems for communication and data exchange, ensuring seamless collaboration, managing people and resources.
_Monitoring the process for potential improvements, and implementing enabling tools for designing, developing, delivering, and maintaining a particular facility.
_To collaborate with project planners, designers, engineers, quality and quantity surveyors, and many other agents with the goal of sharing project information and making data-driven decisions.
_Processing all the information in the cloud and extracting the necessary dimensions.
Supporting engineers create perfect designs with the help of 3D concept imagery.
_Assisting estimators, quantity surveyors and creating 3D models to provide a helping hand to project planners.

Roles and Responsibilities:

_To check the project coordinates package wise and make sure the model is reviewable and reviewing the station models available in the package according to the site priority.
_To check the Revit Links (2DM, 3DM), work sets and collaboration.
_Ensure the Primary, Secondary circulation within the station and checking the entry and exit points of the station as well.
_Verifying the data of Architectural Finishes, Uni classification for each station.
_Verifying the viaduct alignment and slope calculation for elevated stations, Tunnels for underground stations.
_Assigning discovered geometric collisions to appropriate persons responsible for a given model.
_Raising Issues for individual station according to the package in BIM360 respective to the deadline.
_Grouping and logical naming of collisions for easier identification.
_View collision reports with relevant project team members.
_Update collision reports and sending them to the project management.
_Verifying if the information entered in the model is correct and whether all exported data from the model are complete and accurate.
_Ensure that the model parameters are compliant with the BEP.
_Creating solutions to improve the workflow with models.

Roles and Responsibilities:

_Implementing my knowledge of BIM and Revit in producing Architectural drawings and presentations that can be translated seamlessly across other disciplines.
_Preparation of production drawings, details and handling of all aspects of the design deliverables from SD to IFC.
_Coordinating with other disciplines for discrepancies and updating the model and drawings accordingly.
Projects include: Blossoms hotel, Trichy. Blu Iris Hotel, Chennai.

Roles and Responsibilities:

_Coordinating with various disciplines and attending site meetings for smoother running of the project.
_Majorly involved in Preparing schematic design drawings, Presentations and 3D views for Institutional and hospitality projects., coordinating with the production and installation team for execution.
_Preparing production drawings, Specifications, material submissions and samples.
_Preparing / Reviewing reports & documents related to site work.

Projects include: Desavendra Mutt at Ramnagar, PKP International school, India. PKP Grand hotel, India.

Roles and Responsibilities:

_Preparing schematic drawings and presentations.
Incorporated Entire Crescent School of Architecture Campus sketch up model to Revit model designing Architecture, structure and families including Windows, Doors, Railing, stairs, Contours, Topography.
_Conduct design review and evaluation with the design team & revise design based on input from the client.
_Checking local compliance and incorporating it into the drawings.
