▪ The project has a Built-up Area of 21, 000 sqm having 170 standard guest rooms & 30 chalets. As APM have performed
Procurement of specialist sub consultants & coordination with Hotel operator for compliance on design submission.
Intercity Hotel & Event Hall (120 Keys) • Client: Ministry of Defence Pension Fund • Nizwa • completed-2019
▪ The hotel has 120 standard guest rooms, and it is a part of Mix Use development comprising of water theme park,
apartment & office buildings and an Event Hall with a capacity of 500 guests.

▪ The Water Park is having a total built-up area of 6, 000 sqm. The slides are Designed & Supplied by Polin Waterparks
specialist from Turkey. It consists of Lazy River, Free Fall, Wave Slide Wave Ball Pool, Spray Action Area and Slides tower.
Bounce Sports Complex • Client: Sh. Al-Mawali • Location: Muscat, Oman • Project completed-2019
▪ A unique Sports facility consisting of jumping Performance areas and retail outlets having a total built-up area of 8, 900
sqm Performed operator coordination for guidelines delivery. Performed Tender evaluation as part of the TEC.

Lupin Research Park • Client: Lupin Pharmaceuticals Inc. • Location: Pune, India • Project completed-2015
▪ The R&D Lab has a Built-up area of 25, 000 sqm Housing in its Laboratories for Pharmacy R&D Group, Lab scientist’s
