Intercity Hotel & Event Hall (120 Keys) • Client: Ministry of Defence Pension Fund • Nizwa • completed-2019
▪ The hotel has 120 standard guest rooms, and it is a part of Mix Use development comprising of water theme park,
apartment & office buildings and an Event Hall with a capacity of 500 guests.

▪ The Water Park is having a total built-up area of 6, 000 sqm. The slides are Designed & Supplied by Polin Waterparks
specialist from Turkey. It consists of Lazy River, Free Fall, Wave Slide Wave Ball Pool, Spray Action Area and Slides tower.
Bounce Sports Complex • Client: Sh. Al-Mawali • Location: Muscat, Oman • Project completed-2019
▪ A unique Sports facility consisting of jumping Performance areas and retail outlets having a total built-up area of 8, 900
sqm Performed operator coordination for guidelines delivery. Performed Tender evaluation as part of the TEC.

▪ The shopping mall has a Built-up area of 26, 000 sqm spread across 6 floors, it has a unique façade resembling the clouds.
Health & BIM Project
Lupin Research Park • Client: Lupin Pharmaceuticals Inc. • Location: Pune, India • Project completed-2015
▪ The R&D Lab has a Built-up area of 25, 000 sqm Housing in its Laboratories for Pharmacy R&D Group, Lab scientist’s
workspaces (800 employees). Successfully created firefighting & electrical services model producing LOD 300 details

Office Buildings - OLNG Sur Plant • Client: OLNG (Oman LNG) • Location: Sur, Oman • Under construction-2020
▪ The Project comprised of refurbishment of Six Buildings in the Sur Plant, which consisted of Operations Building, Admin,
IT canteen building etc. compliance of DEP (Design Engineering Practice) Standards of OLNG.
