A. AUDITING AND ASSURANCE:
a. Assist in Statutory Audits of Public Sector Banks and Rural Banks.
b. Conduct Internal Audits of Private Limited Companies.
c. Conduct Tax Audits for Proprietors, Partnership Firms and Private Limited Companies as per the Provisions of Indian Income Tax Act.
B. FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING:
a. Preparation and Finalization of Accounts of Proprietors, Partnership Firms, Private Limited Companies as per Indian GAAP.
b. Interacting with senior management at various clients using interpersonal skills and timely suggestion of improvement in current practices and techniques.
c. Ensuring proper valuation of Closing Inventory as per Accounting Standards issued by the Indian Companies Act, 1956.
d. Confirm Third Party Confirmations for Accurate Closing of Books and carry forward of balances.

C. TAXATION:
a. Preparation of Income Tax Computations for various assessees such as Individuals / Proprietors, Firms / Partnership Concerns and Companies.
b. E-Filing of Income Tax returns as per the Provisions of Indian Income Tax Act.
c. E-Filing of Annual returns of Companies as per Ministry of Corporate Affairs Guidelines.
d. E-Filing of special forms pertaining to Company related matters.

a. Interaction with a wide segment of people belonging to various sectors and industries on a national level.
b. Attend business and leadership seminars creating knowledge and awareness about the existent financial state of affairs.
c. Involved in distribution channel of FMCG’s and Nutritional products and cater to needs of customers.
