-Creating and updating company profiles for Zawya’s business database for different sectors.

• Provide service and support solutions to enterprise and corporate segments leveraging the core building blocks of servers, storage, software, networking and services.
• Provide optimized virtualization and cloud solutions transforming IT environments to optimize business outcomes.
• Responsible for attaching the right support care packs, and SLAs to product solutions.
• Producing technical solution documents including design, SOW, SLA, technical descriptions and contract schedules.
• Identifying solution elements, deliverables and resolving agents to meet the customer’s requirements.
• Perform implementation and services presentations and respond to any technical enquiries concerning implementation, delivery and support contracts of projects

Design and integrate the most complex, leading-edge, and business critical solutions for major, enterprise-wide companies. • Projects Highlights:
 Qatar Airways Digital Signage (1.2 million QAR): participated in the set-up, configuration and installation of 13 digital signage kiosks including setting the network vlan for the kiosks and supervising data integration and migration from existing client’s database.
 Wireless Project -International School of London-Qatar ( 530, 000 QAR): completed the presales and solution engineering phase of the project in which I had to design a wireless solution for the school’s existing and newly constructed buildings. The solution was put according to the analyzed heat maps which I conducted. I have also participated and supervised the implementation of the project with 39 Xirrus wireless arrays utilizing Cisco active devices. I have also designed the structured cabling route of the wireless arrays for the newly built buildings.
 CCTV Project-Qatar International School (350, 000 QAR): actively designed the solution for 29 CCTV cameras and 5 IP cameras. I have supervised the structured cabling for the IP cameras and participated in configuring the DVR(s) and storage system for the cameras.

- Responsible for preparing presentations containing key concepts and major lessons to be taught for the course "Computers and Programming I -CPSC 150/150L)
- Grading course tests and quizzes.
- Supervising and grading the lab course where students apply key
programming concepts by creating programs using the Java programming
language.

Responsible for researching, analyzing and evaluating new information systems. Provided reports on networking services issues. Managed, trouble and repaired internet connection failures across campus
