Category enhancement and enrichment, by provision and analyzing sales for each category/sub-category in order optimize maximum sales and rationalize SKUs according to their performance.

-Analyzing sales performance for each category, sub-category, SKU, site in order to support the sales team to achieve their sales potential.

-Developing a business plan for each brand that achieves the company’s targets, including A&P plans, Promotions, & Setting Price structures.
-Working directly with offshore suppliers and ensure that the business plans are being achieved.
-Conducting Monthly Sales in and sales out reports, ensuring that targets are being met.
-Conducting thorough analysis to the annual sales in and sales out, to ensure the most efficient implementation of the business plan.
-Setting the brand in the market according to its correct positioning by making thorough studying of the market’s competitors in order to set the correct MRPs.
-Leading all negotiations regarding all business affairs related to the managed brands with all the involved parties.
-Provide consumption based data analysis for the brands, providing insight and support to the enterprise to better understand the market trends and dynamics.
- utilize consumer driven insights to drive long term growth of the brands. Translate insights into profitable product innovations. Develop selling propositions and sufficient launch support plans to retail.
-Work with Sales, Demand planning, and contract vendors to generate accurate volume forecasting.
