- Making the training plan; taking on consideration the available training budget
& the requests sent by (Department's managers, HR Manager or Individual
Employee).
- Managing the training request process through several steps:
1. Search the suitable institute or university & request the
quotations.
2. Apply for the approvals from the managers then the Specific
Council (levy only).
3. Make the payment with the help of Account Dept.
4. Get the certificates & apply for the reimbursements.
5. Update the training request records.
- Keeping the training records updated & preparing the required documents for
any internal or external auditing.
-Built a centralized students’ database that facilitated reporting to the Ministry of Education
-Prepared different Financial Statements using Excel
-Maintained a strategic process for students admission
I worked in the IT Unit there, in which
- I build and update their web site using web matrix (ASP.NET)
- I dealt with different kinds of people.
