Working as Supervisor in HR employee service center for Qatar Airways, World’s 5 star Airline and its subsidiaries companies like QAS, QACC, QDF, QDC, HIA etc. Point of contact for QR group employees by addressing employee concerns/queries in a professional and timely manner regarding Company Policies, Procedures, HR benefits & compensation, HR systems & administration etc.

Acting as Core HR of Qatar Airways Group: Liaising with respective HR business support, department managers and stake holders in each section of Qatar Airways and its Subsidiary companies for the smooth functioning of Human resource activities.
Leave Management: - Processing different types of leave requests (Annual, sick, Days in Lieu, leave without pay, compassionate, Hajj leave, special paid leave etc.) leave amendments / cancellations etc. both manually and online through HRMS. Manual Leave balance regularization of Transferred / promoted employees in HR systems where there is a Leave entitlement / leave year change.
Coordinating with HR Systems and IT Teams for the design and implementation of HR systems like HRMS, Group employee Management Systems (GEMS) etc. in QR group, providing defects details for rectification and enhancements for implementation.
Final settlement formalities: - Preparation of final settlement for resigned or terminated cabin crews and deck crews as per their entitlements in employment contracts, coordinating with HR Separations team for processing end of service benefit payments etc.
Attendance Management: Coordinating with various stakeholders regarding rectification of non-attendance /unauthorized absence etc. updated online through system
Dependents update for employees - Document verification and system updates of staff’s beneficiaries for ticket and other benefits offered by the company.
Processing various HR letters - Processing and distribution of various HR letters to the employees like general salary certificate, bank letters, address proof letters etc.
Manual Staff tickets endorsement: - Handling manual processing and endorsement of various types of staff tickets such as rebate tickets, compassionate tickets, annual tickets etc. as per their entitlements.
Well versed with HR systems like Oracle HRMS, Group employee management system (GEMS) etc. and Well Knowledge of Qatar Labour law
