1. Monitor the adherence of wardens to the duties detailed in their respective terms of reference ensuring that responsibilities are
effectively executed.
2. Ensure that daily attendance logs are filled out by all wardens and signed at the end of each shift and verified by the Warden
Supervisor.
3. Maintain attendance records for wardens and ensure that they report for duty on time, remain at their posts during their designated
shifts, and do not leave their post until it has been handed over to the warden from the consecutive shift.
4. Liaison with Save the Children Jordan on the salary payment for wardens ensuring it is processed in a timely manner on a monthly
basis based on the attendance records.
5. Manage the duty roster and schedules of wardens ensuring that all posts are occupied at all times and manage any leave requests as
required.
6. Performs posts inspection, maintains regular warden shift logs and reports, prepares shift reports, and monitor discipline of wardens.
7. Manage the recruitment of wardens as necessary and as per the recruitments detailed in individual warden TORs and UNICEF
guidelines.
8. Ensure that an incident log book is maintained by wardens with all issues that occur during any shift and that supervisors are
adequately briefing each other about the incidents.
9. Liaise on a daily basis with National Field Security Adviser and Country Field Security Adviser and keep them up-to-date on all issues
relating to the warden force.
10. Ensure adequate equipment is being provided to all wardens at their individual posts and ensure that wardens are taking proper care
of all UNICEF equipment assigned to them (log book, troches, whistles, etc.)
11. Ensure that the visitor log book is maintained by all wardens on duty at all sites and as per the format detailed.
12. Assist the NFSA and CFSA with any designated warden training sessions.
13. Report all security related incidents immediately to the National Field Security Adviser and Country Field Security Adviser as
appropriate.
14. Cover National Field Security Adviser during her absence as follows:
a. Assist the Country Field Security Adviser in collecting, updating, and communicating information regarding the security situation
