Since I joined Zain I worked for different department (Sales Representative, Signature Customer service, Team Leader and Promoter, Recruitment) at October 2013, I was promoted to (VIP) Signature Account Manager. Since May 2015, I have joined Human Resources as Admin Specialist till December 2015. In January 2016 I was promoted to Compensation & Benefits Specialist.
Customer Care:
Building relations with Premium customers, handling and maintaining customers’ accounts and customer cases, dealing with Premium customers, building up my own Sales pipe Line.
Analyzing customer usage, acting as team leader in some branches.
Promoted to serve Signature (VIP) Customers in branches and solving their cases.
