- Guiding clients throughout the On Boarding stage with 5 personalised calls to build their store thoroughly and properly, solving daily tickets, doing follow-ups with clients through using multiple systems and applications. (Zoho CRM System + FreshDesk).
- Dealing with cPanel & FTP issues and installing the SSL certificate on the online stores.
- Supervising over new Support team members.
MSc International Marketing Management Merit Tentative until the MSc Dissertation result is received. Merit is equal to 2nd honours degree according to the UK education standards. Dissertation in Marketing and Retail Management. Dissertation completed: New perspective to what affects behavioural intentions and actual use of Twitter for shopping - Quantitative analyses (e.g. regression, exploratory factor analysis, correlations, ANOVA and t-test) using IBM SPSS Statistics. - Creating and distributing online questionnaires using multiple platforms (Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey and Google Forms). - Academic writing and critiquing.
