1. To oversees, coordinates, guides and monitor Inspection services program for newly started-up refinery.

Refinery Initial TA-2016 and Major TA-2020 Inspection involvements
Supported unit turn around planning by developing cost effective turn around scope using risk analysis.
Conducted external and internal visual inspection using checklist to ensure all credible issue are covered during inspection.
Maintained an effective, documented inspection recommendation tracking system independent of site central data base, so vital recommendations are addressed timely and cost effectively.
Ensured that all injection points, mixing points and dead legs susceptible to higher corrosion rates are identified and include in TA scope either for repair or replacement.

Handling In-service Area Inspection activities of Refinery from Jan 2014- Present
Conducted detailed Inspection for static Equipments, piping and tanks to meet Saudi Aramco and company defined engineering standards.
Performed Inspection for Heat exchanger to maximize reliability and to minimize any process safety risk related to tabular leaks.
Raised inspection reports for defective Equipments and piping addressing damage mechanism with appropriate mitigation techniques and detailed repair recommendations.
Ensured all credible damage mechanisms are carefully identified, that may affect equipment and piping. To have adequate planning and strategies for each damage mechanism with or without RBI.
Created Equipment profile and developed Inspection scope specific to components in Meridium for Turnaround activities and change orders (MOC).
