-Coordinating with the client consultants and representatives of residential engineers for any site instructions and inspection of works.
-Submit site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates, and all applicable monitoring reports on a regular basis.
-Supervising and implementing inspections and maintenance programs on regular daily basis.
-Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.
-Managing and maintaining building services such as lighting, electrical power supplying and lift systems.
-Ensuring that work environment meets with safety regulations.
-Providing technical advice and solving problems on site.
-Manpower management and controlling at site.
-Generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of all electrical related works at the site.
-Undertaking surveys.
-Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork.
-Data center establishment for Abbas Holy Shrine.
-Supervising the field technical team that responsible for installing cameras, fiber optics cables, racks, power and Ethernet cables at the work site.
-Programming devices (Ubiquiti, CISCO Switches and Servers).
-Installing and software management for cameras (Arecont Vision, COHU…etc.).
-Fiber Optics Cable Installation & maintenance.
-Programing and software management for advanced wireless access points supplied by Firetide (Firetide AP Hotport 7000 series) that were used as wireless back up system for site cameras.
-Using advanced surveillance system (Eyevis) to manage and control all cameras within the project.
-Installing advanced Visual Display system provided by Eyevis.
-Ensures that all the works are done are in accordance with the approved drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national or international standards.
-Submit work progress reports and technical issues reports on daily basis.
-Ensuring that health and safety policies are followed correctly.
