• Undertaking, reporting and managing actions arising from a required audits & inspection, providing an oversight of effectiveness of on-board SMS implementation and compliance.

• Facilitate the implementation of HES Management System (HESMS) & EMS (Emergency Management System), including program implementation, audits, MOC, inspections, contractor HES program support, and other HES activities.
• HSE support and coordination for all Rig less well completion operations as per Saudi Aramco guidelines and standards.
• Complies and manages the Safety and Environment documentation in accordance with applicable Safety and Environment standards, legislation.
• Serves as the Champion for HES and the Customer’s Health, Safety and Environment regulations, expectations and guidelines.
• Closely monitor safety performance of sites, unit’s equipment & personnel as per SAWCOD / WCOPED.
• Ensures that the JSA’s and the Risk assessment recommendations are respected and taken in consideration prior starting the Job.
• Risk assessment of Well Testing / CTU / Frac / E-line /Slick Line/ WHIT equipment’s.
• Prior to moving to next location, make sure to perform the road survey of location to check area safety and well site accessibility and arrange new location site layout.
• Supervise and monitor laydown of pipeline operation from water well to oil & gas production well.
• Monitors improvements through the preparation and implementation of HSE Audits and Inspections.
• Consolidates monthly accidents / man-hour statistics for the site and report collected information to corporate HSE.
• Leads or participates in incident investigations, including near misses, property damage, injuries, occupational illness and spills.
• Maintenance of all Life Saving Equipment’s & safety Equipment’s and production activities on site are carried out in a safe manner and in adherence to the Company Safety policy.
• Promotes safety awareness to the workforce through HSE meetings / Trainings and through safety committee.
• Monitor CHB & MSDS of chemicals & required safety precaution for handling & mixing Chemicals.
• Liaising with company HSE department on regular basis. Ensure proper storage of combustible material in accordance with Saudi Aramco HAZCOM.
• Assists with the development and implementation of safe operating & emergency response procedures, manuals, bulletins and other safety publications
• Prepared Emergency response plan ERP for well site location and implement in case of any emergency.
• Monitor PTW/WAP, especially for critical activities.
• Conduct regular PTW /LOTO Audits and communicate the finding to take the proper rectification actions.
• Daily liaison with consultants, client’s safety department on the Permit to Work System/WAP, Health & Safety regulations and requirements.
• Show a good HSE Documents filing and maintain a frequent updates for these documents to fit with the real work progress and ready in case of any business or audit need.
• Plan & monitor rig/site move, conduct safety meeting with all crew including transporter’s drivers, helper’s & rig move supervisor’s.
Maintain HSE Statistic Records & Performance, Develop & review HSE procedures.
Ensure HERO (Hazard Evaluation Risk Ownership) is being conducted in each task and ensure all crew members understand the related potential hazard & area risk management.
Maintain, implement and update the HSE Management System and HEMP.
Comply with the company safety policies and procedures.
Assist the Project Team to implement and monitor HSE systems.
