Consult on all training issues in the Training Services Department
Supervise and manage all matters pertaining to training.
Prepare and conduct special training courses to train both academic and technical instructors. Prepre operating and business plans and monitor their implementation thru the year/s. Monitor testing process and analyze test results to measure the achievement of set objectives.Manage manpwer actions and matters. Participate in the selection of employees and prepare development plans for employee career program. Moreover; work as an internal audit for quality. Supervise five quality programs in the departmen. Prepare and conduct management course for employees and other companies in the private sector.handles Balance Score Card Planning. Coordinate with concerned parties to develope and impelement training programs. Plan and implement training programs.

completed the requirements of BSc. in English and eduacation in 1978 with an accumalative average of 71.2% from the university of jordan in amman.worked for 5 years in Saudi Aramco and is still working for the saudi elec. company in all training disciplines.started as a teacher of English as a foreign language and was promted to senior instructor, to unit head, to section head and now working with the training manager on the new training projects. Attended many training courses in training and management.
