• Providing legal advice for all legal matter related to Arab Monetary Fund.
• Drafting and reviewing of legal agreements applicable to the different business units, focusing on asset management and hedge funds.
• Reviewing, ISDA, GMRA and GMSLA Master Agreements,
• Reviewing Property Fund Agreements with the external fund manager.
• Drafting and reviewing all Loans contracts, and agreements, conducted between AMF and member countries, consultancies and Third-party providers.
• Reviewing all the litigation arguments / memorandums related to AMF cases, in corporation with the external lawyers.
• Applying the regulatory compliance principals on AMF cooperates governance by drafting the internal bylaws regulations.
• Drafting and preparing BOG & BOD agenda, mints and resolutions.
• Reviewing and drafting Unconfirmed Line of Credit agreements ULOC/ Risk Participation Agreements for a subsidiary institution “Arab Trade Financing Program” ATFP.
• Responding to KYC investment applications from legal prospective.
• Drafting and reviewing all AMF MOU’s agreements.

- Prepare and forward regular monthly reports on legal issues, cases and about the Department’s activities and achievements to the CEO.
-Formulate legal policies and strategies that help minimize judicial cases and overcome/solve any disputes with other parties.
- Ensure effectiveness of Company’s employment agreements.
-Monitor governmental new levied rules and regulations that may impact Company’s activities, taking precautionary actions and keeping management updated.
-Review the company's position with regard to local and international laws and regulations, monitor changes, advise senior management on their implications and ensure full compliance.
- Supervise and participate in the preparation, checking and reviewing of all contracts between the company and outside parties ensuring correctness and accuracy. Draft and review other routine contracts using standardized formats as far as possible.
-Compliance officer for the company (applying the rules and the regulation of Securities & Commodities Authority
-Preparing the Compliance Report to Securities & Commodities Authority.
-Monitor, guide and provide technical advice to external lawyers on approaches to cases of dispute. Provide strategy for and undertake deeper involvement in critical cases to achieve maximum position for the company. Institute litigation proceedings where necessary and ensure efficient follow-up of cases in the court.
-Develop the appeal memorandums and represent the company in front of courts.

- Identify, define, justify, source and train required legal resources, considering internal and external sources, and lead and manage the legal team. Assure that legal services are cost effective, efficient and productive

Provide legal studies in international criminal law, public international law, international humanitarian law, human rights law and other relevant fields of law, on both procedural and substantive issues;
Conduct legal research and analysis on the jurisprudence of other international and regional bodies or judicial institutions;
Provide legal studies on national legal systems
Conducts legal research and prepares written legal analysis and recommendations; drafts a wide variety of legal and trial documents for attorney review; manages and controls exhibits and documents
