• Maintaining and reconfiguring Ericsson's all RBS using OMT) full mastery ( including installation of ASU & TMA, Monitoring alarms)

• Maintaining and reconfiguring Ericsson's TN (2p, 6p, 20p), E1 cross connection, RAU alignment.
• Ericsson ML HC maintenance and reconfiguration full mastery.
• Ericsson ML E maintenance and reconfiguration full mastery.

• Maintaining and reconfiguring ZTE IDU & ODU E1 cross connection, RAU alignment.
• Full knowledge of field maintenance administrative procedures and regulations.
• Handling & reporting major site power failures and defects.
• Smoothly managing a field team of technicians.
• Good field administrative and procedural expertise.
• Full mastery of computer hardware/ software ( installation, monitoring, maintenance, upgrading, network design, connection, and administration, software solution etc
• Well acquainted with a wide spectrum of communication hardware and technologies.
• Good hardware diagnosis and troubleshooting abilities.
