•Cashering and maximimize revenue and cash flow by promoting Spa program, and follows set procedures on posting charges, cashing checks and refunds.
•Solicits client feedback via client comment cards and acknowledges client preferences for future visits.
•Answers the telephone call in a professional manner, transferring call, taking accurate messages and assists client with any questions.
•Handles all client complaints with the utmost confidence, grace and concern for their satisfaction and provides courteous, efficient service to all clients and spa visitors.
•Reviews and confirms client’s appointment.
