My job at Saudi Electricity Company is to train Saudi young people to communicate easily using English Language. I am part of the ITP (Industrial Training Program) where different techniques are applied. I am also a training coordinator in which I plan and organize the training sessions all over the institute. I was appointed the position of internal auditor for the ISO 9000 certificate which we could obtain recently. I was also chosen to be part of the talent management program where I conduct the 7 habits of highly effective people and other leadership program. Due to my computer skills, I was assigned to be a branch manager for Dammam elearning system (ETS) where I manage the Master Teaching Schedual and report to the upper management directly and I was also part of Jeddah elearning system Moodle for the same purpose. I worked on TTT (Train the trainer) program together with the division manager as assistant trainer - the program approved by the ATD - where I obtained lots of experience and knowledge at that area.
