-Managing different recruitment assignments across (Egypt, East Africa & MENA Region)
-Ensuring each recruitment assignment is delivered to the budget and to the client expectation.
-Starting regular CVs screening phase and then conducting an initial phone interview with the potential candidates to make a short-list; this includes pre-selection, selection (basic and competency based), short-listing, interview invitation and all follow-up and tracking processes.
-Head-hunting, selecting and conducting face to face interview with candidates for executives, managerial, senior or junior positions in various areas such as Engineering, Finance, Marketing, HR, Sales, Supply Chain, Legal, IT etc… across various sectors like FMCG, Banking, Oil and Gas, Mining, ICT, Telecom, Pharmaceutical etc…
-Supporting client and candidate communication throughout all assignments and update each party with the current status.
-Responsible for conducting pre-recruitment reference check for the selected candidates.
-Participating in business development activities such as approaching new clients or by the refreshment of our old clients and offering them our latest services.
-Assisting our clients in preparing, writing & updating the job descriptions for the requested jobs.
-Handling the client's received C.Vs through newspapers advertisements and classifying C.Vs according to job references and candidates qualifications.
-Meeting and exceeding personal revenue targets.
-Supporting in the recruitment process by handling job advertisement process using different channels.
-Fully responsible for the HR E -recruitment mail and responsible for classifying and updating the received C.Vs in the C.Vs database.
-Assuring to obtain and maintain enough qualified candidates in our database.
-Handling the initial screening phase.
-Participated with the IT department in updating and structuring the main features of the C.Vs database system.
