Responsible for: coordinating with all mass media outlets regarding all the events, activities, and visits hosted by the ministry, responsible for organizing meetings and interviews with the ministry’s Officials, developing the media database, and taking part in making the media plans.
Doing quantitative and qualitative research using in depth interview and questionnaire survey for:
• Collecting and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand.
• Seeking and provide information to help companies determine their position in the marketplace.
• Gathering data about competitors and analyze their prices, sales, and method of marketing and distribution.
Responsible for:
• Follow-up of existing customers who the company deals with them.
• Open new channels of business with the exciting and new customers.
• Measuring customer satisfactions on the company performance and products.
• Recognize customer’s needs.
• Solving customer complaints and follow up with them.
