- Prepare budget/forecast for all Cost Centers within the company.
- Help Cost Centers Owners in preparing and controlling their budgets.
- Analyze monthly AP report to make sure of allocation of invoices in the right Cost center and right Account.
- Assist Cost Center owners getting all monthly Operational Cost Centers Statements reviewed and comments resolved and cleared.
- Prepare budget for the Finance department.
- Assist in preparing needed analysis for forecast reviews
- Assist in preparing adhoc reports.
-Assist in maintaining an actual versus budget overview, in which variances and potential causes are identified and analyzed.
-P&L monthly review.
-Balance Sheet Reconciliation.
-Prepare monthly Management Report for Top Management.
-Prepare monthly Management Report for Shareholders.
-Prepare budgeted Financial Statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement and Cash Flow).

1- P&L review and analysis.
2- Balance Sheet reconciliation.
3- review of accounts for each Cost Center.
4- Preparation of the Budget and review with each Cost Center Owner.
5- Responsible for Capitalized Expenses ( Fixed Assets )purchased over the whole company.
6- Preparation of Reports required by Top Management.

1- Receiving all Fixed Assets related Payments from Accounts Payable Department.
2- Review these payments and allocate them to the right account.
3- Data Entry on Oracle Application.
4- Reconcile all data after Accounts Payable closing and posting.
5- preparation of all required reports.
6- Physical count at year end closing.

1- Responsible for all financial transactions.
2- Issue Receiving Reports for all goods and services received.
3- Responsible for the payroll.
4- Preparation of all required reports.
5- Deal with our external Auditor.
