• Develop and recommend short and long-range strategy for the marketing of assigned products / specialties.
• Develop and recommend short and long-range plan to improve critical marketing capabilities such as insights collection, pricing, product launches, branding, value proposition, and portfolio management.
• Develop solid relationship & productive teamwork in the region, with EMEA & Global colleagues & with local management teams.

• Develop local strategy for Energy/Gynecology business unit in the MEEP region.
• Develop market specific plans, tools and marketing programs to support sales force.
• Opportunity assessment in new markets “Iraq, Libya and Egypt”.
• Track the progress of business plan execution with business unit leaders.
• Build strong professional relationship with KOLs in MEEP region.
• Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction.

• Develop market specific business plans and strategic marketing programs to support sales.
• Lead the sales team to achieve the Business objectives.
• Ensure the proper execution of the Franchise strategy through field visit with the sales force, monthly meeting with the business/countries’ leaders,
• Take the corrective actions to rectify any deviations in collaboration with country leaders.
• Analysis of market data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Train newly hired sales representative.
• EMEA Brand leadership member.

• Set the Product strategy, pricing structure, product mix & availability, brand recognition and work with all the different departments within the BU to ensure Product targets & objectives are met as per plan.
• Develop Product launch plans and support Sales organization on implementation.
• Perform sales, trend, and profitability analysis.
• Select & rationalize key Product offering to the market in line with market needs & maturity as well as Franchise strategy.
• Act as main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Set up the right pricing strategy and required tools for the proper implementation

• Develop the marketing strategies.
• Support the execution of marketing activities in Egypt & Libya.
• Create a standardized marketing/sales material

• Define the product strategy and marketing tactics that allow the organization achieve the planned business objectives
• Leading the Sales force across Egypt to achieve Hernia Business Objectives
• Managing the distributor for Hernia Portfolio
• Train the newly hired sales force
• Set up pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals
• Propose an overall budget to ensure success and achieve the required profitability
