Acting as a main Technical Adviser (Site Engineer) on the construction sites and supervised the craftspeople, Laborers, and operators, & keeping it within financial Budgets and Deadlines.
Checking Plans, Drawings and Quantities for accuracy. & Execute the Works as per Drawings and Specifications.
Coordination with main-Contractors regarding Works & inspections, & Preparation of as built Drawings, Reports and documentation for approvals, & Playing a part in Project and Team Management.
Perform the tasks of troubleshooting technical issues and provided solutions in a timely way.
Handle the tasks of conducting training sessions for junior Engineers.

Identify and address Architectural Challenges, and experiment new Designs and apply in the project.
Cost effective Design in terms of sustainability.
Ensure accurate coordination of all Services and MEP Drawings.
Technical Submittals & presentations, Pre-Qualification Documents
Prepare the Entire Project tender Drawings with full coordination with MEP, QC Dept, Str. Dept, Draftsmen, Etc.….
Get all required Approvals from Civil Defense & Municipality, DOT, Etc......
