• Analyse, study and evaluate the recruitment and selection process and reduce the cycle time to increase time, cost, and quality performance.
• Establish recruitment and selection policies, procedures, and SOPs in order to cater to the high standards of Alhazm
• Establish a local hiring campaign and create a talent pool
• Manage recruitment and HR operations during a pandemic situation
• Establish Employer branding and social media tools for recruitment
• Establish Recruitment Strategy for newly established retail and F&B concepts
Leading the recruitment team of Almana Group of companies’ centralized recruitment operation for 30+ Companies, 100+ Multinational brands, which include Automotive (Ford, Jeep, Dodge, Ram Dealerships), Contracting (Ineco, Manco), Retail, Car Rental ( Hertz), Trading, Real-estate, Oil and Gas, Money Exchange, Travel, IT and Software (IBM), Security Systems, Manufacturing (Metal, Gratings & Road Barriers, Transformers, Electrodes, Steel, Galvanizing) Carpentry, Interior designing, Food and beverages and FMCG.
