“New-Zealand & Australian client accounts exposure, Daily log monitoring, Email &
Telephone etiquettes, Service desk procedures, Follow up with customers with their time zones (24x7)”.
Handling daily AP and AR
Tax calculations (GST/ VAT, PAYG, BAS etc)
Invoices and Bills entering in to systems - Xero, MYOB, Q.B & ERP systems.
• Certificate Course on Computer Applications (MS Office) - Institute of Chartered Accountants of Srilanka. ALSO DONE.
