•Duties: Responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. My key responsibilities include: o Leading the development and implementation of project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation for various construction activities. o Proficient in budget management, adept at delivering projects within allocated budgets. Consistently monitor costs in a timely and effective manner with project managers, proactively identifying and addressing potential cost overruns and forecasting. o Experienced in change control management, implementing and monitoring strict protocols throughout the duration of the project in collaboration with project managers.
