• Prepare monthly/yearly consolidated financial statements at country level
• Execute month-end, and year-end financial reporting and closing processes in line with Group policies and procedures.
• Prepare data driven rolling forecasts, cashflows projections and strategic plans, coordinate with budget owners, and cost analysis.
• Analyze financial performance against forecast & year plans and provide insights to management and business units.
• Prepare Capex investment proposals, Capex projects control & periodic spend reporting.
• Manage statutory reporting and handle year-end audits with external auditors.
• Business partnering of operational excellence projects to track and validate projects savings.
• Drive business process improvements and implement Group policies.
• Ensure that the Opco are in compliance with / adhere to the policy requirements by means of the BSF assessment process.
• Design, coordination, and execution of Business support framework Process.
• Follow up & Validate the remediation for Internal Audit, NBSF, KPMG RIL findings
• Periodic reporting/follow of Reporting follow-up process of findings relating (GIA, NBSF & HSE), ensure proper remediation.
• Responsible for the annual risk assessments, Define the key risks for management board discussions prepare action plan for the risks exceeding Group risk Appetite.
• Identify and investigate potentially fraudulent activities or financial irregularities.
• Responsible for Segregation of duties monitoring and reporting.
• Prepare periodic tax reporting & annual income tax return.

▪ Plan and execute audit engagements, including data analysis and testing.
▪ Review financial statements and supporting documentation.
▪ Evaluate internal control systems and ensure adherence to applicable laws.
▪ Perform risk assessments and internal control evaluations and detect discrepancies.
▪ Identify and investigate potentially fraudulent activities or financial irregularities.
▪ Prepare and present audit reports to stakeholders and shareholders.
▪ Collaborate with external auditors during statutory audits and regulatory compliance assessments.
▪ Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and execute remedial actions.
