Position Summary: The Maintenance Planner reports to the Manager of Maintenance Planning.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Responsible for establishing, maintaining and improving a fully documented quality system with clearly established performance targets, outcomes, responsibilities and authorities identified for every stage and everyone involved in the process.
- Responsible for Scoping the full extent of maintenance work needed to conduct the relevant repair / preventive / predictive / design-out activities on all KSA Civil Airports, Military Airbase and Naval base.
- Responsible for writing the applicable maintenance procedures that promote defect-free maintenance work quality.
- Responsible for up-keep and accuracy of technical information on processes, plant and equipment.
- Responsible for converting the Air-Navigation Service’s asset management and maintenance strategy into workplace activities.
- Responsible for ensuring that the key performance indicators are captured and reported for equipment reliability, maintenance department performance and planning and scheduling business flow process.
- Responsible for continually improving planning to increase the Air-Navigation Services effectiveness and efficiency.
- Responsible for root cause failure analysis leadership and investigations.
