• Review and approve Construction documents such as Mathod Statements, materials Approvals “MAR”, ITPs and further project documantaions from project start-up till handover
• Review, Analysis, verify data and project progress reports in accordance with project Schedule.
• Provide Technical assistance and solving construction issues with PM . Oversee and manage Civil Construction activities from concept to completion
• Co-ordination and interface management between Construction, Engineering & management in order to excute the plans with effient, safe and economical construction methods
• Maintain focus on HSE Polcies & Plans as well as quality standards
• Monitor and manage project completion punch lists and ensure that all construction activities are completed
• Review and approve as built drawings, in coordination with other disciplines
• Review and approve with project &Technical Teams DCAs ”Design Change Authorty” and CTNs variations
• Attend and manage daily meeting with EPC Contractors and subcontators to plan and mange construction activities as well as attendance of management Weekly and monthly meetings.
• Perform Quality Control & Quality Assurance Activities such as ITPs, QCPs, Qualty Management Plans review, Inspection, measurements, tests witnessing, Validated Deliverables and Clients Specs. Conformity
Witness &certify ICOEEP project Reinforced Concrete, Roads, fences, Buildings, Pipe supports, pipe Rack Foundations, Mechanical Foundations, piling
Pipeline Civil Works and documentations.,
