•Follow up on contract approvals for operating companies (Greater Nile Petroleum, Petrodar, White Nile Petroleum and Red Sea Petroleum)
•Prepare responses to requests for contract approvals
•Assure that approval requests comply with various petroleum agreement requirements and work program and budgets
•Follow up on authorizations for expenditure (AFE) of petroleum operating companies activities
•Business intelligence- communicate possible business opportunities to sister companies and other PETRONAS subsidiaries
•Follow up on oil production performance, analyse discrepancies and reasons thereof
•Engage and link PETRONAS with the Ministry of Petroleum and other relevant authorities
•Follow up on debts owed to PETRONAS by the ministry of finance
