4 Residential building G+14, Hotel Apartment G+15, Hotel G+15 and Podium.
Main duties & responsibilities include:
• Ensure all work has been done as per baseline of the project.
• Ordering steel and managing the deliveries at the site.
• Managing NTP (Post tension Sub Contractor) to meet the casting dates.
• Coordinating with Electro-Mechanical for their duct work and sleeves.
• Ordering materials which is required for site work.
• Ensure all work has been done as per safety procedure.
• Coordinating between QC, Consultant, DM (Dubai Municipality) for inspecting.
• Managing rental materials at the site.
• Managing the fabrication of formwork (horizontal tables system and vertical) as per DOKA system design.
• Managing block subcontractors and their deliveries of block at the site.
• Report quantities of concrete casted and completion of work to management and client.
• Planning monthly, weekly, daily work at site and reporting it to the client.
• Ensuring that the civil and the architecture drawings is correct and implemented at the site.
• Calculating productivity at the site (total manpower to cubic meter) to meet BOQ and cost requirements.
• Acting as the main technical advisor for subcontractors regarding contracts, duties and responsibilities.
• Working with RLG management groups to increase the productivity at site through daily meetings with staff and weekly meetings with different departments.
Presidential Palace to house the offices of the Royal Family.
Roads, Infrastructure and Hardscape Package.
Civil Works related to the Presidential Palace to include underground services, hard & soft landscaping, external finishing works.
Main duties & responsibilities include:
• Understand and interpret drawings & specifications.
• I managed/supervised surrounding Infrastructure works such as storm water, sewage, irrigation, firefighting, CCTV and Electrical Systems
• Produce progress reports and three week look ahead plan.
• Material and equipment requisition and procurement.
• Maintain a daily record of progress, activities and events.
• Organize and supervise resources necessary to get the target.
Completed Civil Engineering Bachelor's Degree in 2013.
