✓ Acting As Loading Supervisor from 1 January, 2009 to present:
Job objective
To carry out all Loading Operations in Doha Depot, dealing with staff requires; i.e. started from Admin
Letters, Leaves, Medical insurances etc. Plus handling all staff development and training issues.
I am carrying out the following functions:
• Generate the Daily Sales Report for all Products in Doha Depot.
• Investigate for any variation in Our Sales and Receiving quantities from Oil movement report.
• Send work request for technical department for any maintenance job inside Loading Area.
• Supervision on all activities during Loading Operation.
• Supervision on checking out our fleet that consists of 350 Vehicles of varies quantities.
• Dealing with all requests from Loading staff which consists of 75 employee regarding HR issues; i.e. Bank Letters, Vacations, Sick Leave, PPS request etc.
• Making the monthly time sheet for loading staff.
• Making the annual appraisal for loading staff.
• Making the Annual Vacation Schedule for the Loading Staff.
• Make and approve any Delivery amendment for Delivery Receipts.
• Approving the weekly schedule for Loading Staff.
