Scope of Responsibilities (12 Countries)- Egypt, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Sudan, Algeria, Lebanon, Iraq and Jordan:
Plan, lead and conduct talent acquisition activities, inclusive of multichannel sourcing endeavors, assessing candidates, negotiating job offers, headhunting, placement and on-boarding (Managing the full employee life-cycle with proven record of achievements in improving the EVP).
Manage, lead and develop performance management policies and practices along with total reward matrix and structure.
Conduct thoughtful and methodical job analysis, evaluation and grading process to calibrate and standardize job grades, levels and design to ensure flexible and interdependent approaches to make jobs more meaningful. Use some insightful and effective practices to promote autonomy and interdependence (ex: Job crafting and peer coaching).
Lead the corporate endeavors of internal coaching and field training practices. Implement proven successful approaches to promote self-reflection, critical thinking and both peer & self-coaching as well as coaching managers to improve their practices.
Handle all employee relations issues in light of professional guidelines of practice as well as local legislation, comprising coaching managers on difficult issues, handle grievances or appeals, intervene to solve critical conflicts and disputes, update bylaws and relevant policies and procedures, and so forth
Lead and manage the Learning and Development function to ensure highly effective, engaging and tailored programs are catered to individual and organizational needs, with clear understanding of the ROI and ROE. (comprising the whole learning process -DDE- Design, Deliver and Evaluate).
Implement sound programs of talent management and retention practices, supporting succession planning and sustainability.
Bring about proven successful projects for digital transformation and upskilling/ reskilling workforce.
Design and implement effective and throughfall programs to promote employee wellbeing and psychological safety as well embracing diversity and collective intelligence.
Device, design and implement effective culture development/ advancement related change management programs towards high performance work system, promoting accountability and innovation (including engaging frequent performance management practice, strength-based coaching programs for managers and leaders, peer-coaching approach to field training, employee-engagement programs and events and so forth)
Conduct periodical economic & industry analysis to ensure adequate forecast and support to the budgeting process.
Design, present and control the whole HRD budget for the MENA region to ensure adequate Human Capital Added Value- HCAV and proceed with reasonable measures when necessary.
Localize, update and develop HR policies and manuals in light of local changes and needs, adopting up-to-date thoughtful practices to ensure flexibility, agility and responsiveness.
