- Define the operating framework, policies and quality standards for the department
- Actively engage in the development of operational and business plans of reporting sections by providing requisite inputs and approvals.

Main Responsibilities:
- To facilitate, develop, and implement and maintain SAP Human Capital Management solutions &integration with SAP Project, Plant maintenance, Material management and Finance systems.
- Lead the participation of implementations and improvements Human Capital Management, throughout the entire lifecycle of the application including development of RFP & technical evaluation of any outsource function
- To support business objectives, covering analysis and design of business requirements, solution conceptualization technical design & specification, and configuration the various application areas such as PA, PY, OM, TM, REC, CATS, TEM, PMS, PCP, SAP Portal -web dynpro & ESS/MSS
