• Reporting to Commercial Manager.
Responsibilities:
• Contacting clients of representative offices for prospect and planned projects and getting RFQ
• Providing the quotations after coordinating with the estimation department and getting the approval from the Commercial Manager / Managing Director
• Following up the quotations sent for proper PO or LOI
• Coordinating between the clients and the our various departments from Technical, Production and logistics departments for providing the best services
• Following up of all related payment collection between client and our financial department.

• Reporting to Front Office Manager managing Front office receptionists, Operators, Bill Boys, Shift Leaders.
Responsibilities:
• Managing the services provided to customers meeting their demands and requirements
• Managing the staff to efficiently provide the proper & representatble services
