• Maintain detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspection
• Comply with Qatar’s Traffic Department of Transport laws and regulations
• Schedule regular vehicle maintenance to ensure operational efficiency
• Ensure strict servicing and maintenance times to minimize downtime and maintain
schedules

• Utilize GPS systems to monitor drivers and track vehicles
• Manage the planning and execution of Trucks & Excavators work process at sites
• Follow up vessels and import of material in addition to MOE Documentation for Clearance and release of material
• Purchase and Maintain Vehicles for Transportation & delivery of Material
• Decide whether to Buy or Lease Vehicles / Equipment depending on Project Duration and Capacity.
• Ensure that each department delivers a consistently high standard of service.
• Find ways to cut costs and maximize profits.
• Be responsible for all day-to-day queries, complaints or problems that arise.
• Follow up with Procurement and store departments and control necessary supplies available on time.
• Monitors and oversees the work of external contractors to ensure terms of agreements are met and work is completed satisfactorily.

• Comply with Qatar’s Labour Law.

• Check the prepared monthly progress reports for projects for monthly billing to
determine with the clients the amount of monthly payment/certificate and the amount of collection.
• Check and monitor the projects revenue cost, actual progress, variations,
estimation to complete and operate the required coordination with the financial
department.

• Lead, Manage, and motivate the sales team.
• Manage the planning and execution of day-by-day work process.
• Put yearly and Monthly Business plans to increase the sales revenue and reach -
exceed monthly and yearly target.
• Build a strong customer service relation and assure to offer high quality of services.
• Operate and follow up the required correspondence to protect the company rights and coordinate with Legal Department for all legal matters.

• Developing excellent on-going relationships with clients.
• Lead, manage and motivate the sales team, providing mentoring and training resulting in improved sales and after sales performance.
• Liaise closely with customers to establish requirements, creating and presenting proposals and driving deals through to completion.
• Prepare and arrange quotations, and contracts.
