-Was in charge of the joint visa application center in Dubai this included selection of vendors and negotiating about their prices, and making sure the project is handed over on time.
-Market research on Algeria for the opening of the new office there, and locating business opportunities.
- Was in charge of UK Visa Application Centre in Damascus (Syria), handling partner, locating vendors, in charge of refurbishment, recruiting of staff, testing software, and handing over to operations team.
- Both Projects were delivered on time, and met the budget. The Damascus Project was delivered 2 weeks before deadline, which was the first time in this region for VFS Global.
- Was in charge of locating a partner in Kuwait (PSC), and got an MOU signed between VFS Global and PCS.
- Was in charge of locating a partner in Israel, and got an MOU signed between VFS Global and Krief Group.

MY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Entering new countries, scoping for partners, identifying property, vendor identification, recruitment of staff outside UAE, infrastructure of office, designing of the floor plan to make operations efficient, coordinating with inner departments to ensure the deliverance of product to the customer, and adhering to deadlines and meeting the budget.
