Assisting in research and design of a standardized, unified & flexible reporting templates for all IHS maintenance sub-contractors on the EMTS, MS, INT and Collocation projects.

•Follow-up of technical escalations from Network Operations Centre (NOC) to resolve issues relating to avoidable DCDG & ACDG power outages, High MTTR, power availability, and janitorial conditions of BTS/BSC sites within the region.

•Organizing passive maintenance materials management-cataloguing, specification, handling and storage.

• Developing technological plans for assigned vendors to drive improvement in quality, cost, and compliance.

• Implementing effective maintenance strategy by optimized scheduling, active contractor tracking & follow-up, asset integrity inspection, escalations, and reporting, which enhanced overall efficiency of field maintenance operations.

• Conducting technical analysis of collected & collated field data, used to recommend specification for technical maintenance components during direct liaison with operation managers on procurement affairs.

• Utilizing existent procedures and protocols to randomly identify defaulting subcontractors on routine maintenance activities, advised on applicable penalties in form of debit notes, as contained in the SLA (service level agreement).

• Verifying DG capacities, Heating Ventilation and Cooling Status (HVAC), hybrid status, rectifier status, PHCN and grid status contained in the preventative maintenance reports. This is used by diesel team and management accountants for energy allocation and invoice confirmation/payments respectively.

• Re-vitalizing and overhauling synergy of data transfer, transmission, and entry between field and office operations by implementing effective data management and deployment strategies.
