● Develop a curriculum and a structured plan for the coding program funded by Microsoft and UNICEF.
● Train the students on how to develop video games using basic coding software.
● Create a friendly competition between students to complete the final project: their own video game.
● Present the outcome of each program to UNICEF and Microsoft.

● Improve the lab's quality management system by creating a data integrity SOP and implementing it in the QCL, following the FDA's 21 CFR part 11 guidelines.
● Increase significantly the frequency of the lab's data backup, by reducing the time needed for the procedure and updating the corresponding SOP.
● Improve the health and safety in the lab by showing great awareness of the hazards and dangers of the workplace and adhering to the Safety Policy and Procedures.
● Ensure the accuracy of the procedures performed by closely following the contents of SOPs (standard operating procedures) and QSMs (quality standard manuals).
● Provide the best and most accurate results by performing applied analysis on all raw materials, and finished products, adhering to specified deadlines with near to zero errors.
● Make sure the products to be tested are well maintained by carefully handling incoming samples to QCL and ensuring their safe storage in specified conditions during testing.
● Operate HPLCs, spectrophotometers, FTIRs, Dissolutions, and all lab equipment.
● Prevent unnecessary malfunctions by working on troubleshooting, repairs, daily cleaning, and maintenance of all laboratory equipment.
● Improve cost effectiveness by preparing secondary standards used as substitute for primary standards in the QCL, and ensuring they are properly standardized, handled, stored, and used within their validity date.
