• Defining project objectives and plans, including delineation of scope, budgeting, scheduling, setting performance requirements and assigning field-specialists.
• Monitoring and directing the assigned project resources to over come “triple constraints”—project scope, time, cost and quality.
• Liaising with the projects stakeholders from the project inception till the completion, assessing their impact and influence on the project and build the necessary strategies.
• Representing the main contractor in all aspects related to the execution of the contract, like attending meetings, negotiation and communication etc.

• Collecting metrics data (such as baseline, actual values for costs, schedule, work in progress, and work completed) and reports on project progress to prepare contract modification packages with specific attention directed to claims avoidance.
• Monitoring work progress of contractors/ sub-contractors to ensure quality and conformity with plans, client specifications and timely handover of project to utmost satisfaction of the client.
• Assessing claims & final accounts of contractors, verifying accounts prior to releasing payments for jobs completed.
• Utilizing defined project processes to manage quality, risks, changes, issues and financial implications. Conducting quality/ safety audits to ensure adherence to quality & safety norms during the entire course of project execution.
