• Writing memorandums, drafting claims and applications related to the IP Civil lawsuits.
• Providing legal consultancy on civil IP and related legal matters.
• Handling the IP lawsuits in the three litigation stages using the portals of Dubai Court and MOJ.
• Attending meetings with the experts.
• Handling the execution procedures with the competent Court in UAE.
• Sending day to day updates in respect of the lawsuits’ progress.
• Supporting the IP Coordinator with translation work, completing POA’s and complaints. Will be the backup for the IP Coordinator.
• Preparing memos and documents for court hearings.
• Submitting requests in the Courts, Public prosecution, and Municipality Portals.
• Following up and preparing hearing sessions based on the team’s instructions.
• Follow-up on the cases’ requests in the court and public prosecution Portal.
• Research Defendant’s residency status using the GDRFA application
1. Drafting all kind of Legal agreements for the company.
2. Fallow up all the company cases with the Law firms.
3. Sending reports to insurance Authority.
4. Monitoring all company work as per as insurance Authority requirements.
