labour salaries to their respective accounts
* Prepared & issued purchase orders to the selected vendors and
price specification as per quotation and coordinate with vendor
for timely delivery of stocks at site.
* Maintained Personnel files of employees and updates on timely
manner.
* Handles renewals of staff & Labor visa, Company vehicle, and
Labor Camp renewal in coordination with PRO.
* Reviewing and Evaluating weekly / monthly KPI Achievement
• To Build & Execute the business plans and drives achievement of sales targets for relevant territory.
• Ensuring the availability of the complete product line in the assigned market.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers through regular contact and visits
• Gather market & Customer Information.
• Identifying prospective customers, generating business from existing customers, developed new customers thereby achieving the business targets.
• Conducting activities with customers to maintain a positive aggressive attitude
• Attend product training and sales training organized by company
• Review Sales kit, Literature & Competitors activities on regular basis.
• Review objectives and sales plan on weekly basis.
