Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Monitor accounts to
ensure payments / receivables are up to date.
* VAT Account maintained of Payable & Receivable.
* Monitor and Maintained the site Expenses of ongoing projects
* Monthly payroll preparation and WPS transfer of staff and
labour salaries to their respective accounts
* Prepared & issued purchase orders to the selected vendors and
price specification as per quotation and coordinate with vendor
for timely delivery of stocks at site.
* Maintained Personnel files of employees and updates on timely
manner.
* Handles renewals of staff & Labor visa, Company vehicle, and
Labor Camp renewal in coordination with PRO.
* Reviewing and Evaluating weekly / monthly KPI Achievement
