Duties:
Leading and establishing trust and collaboration between construction supervision team at project sites to meet project objectives.
Implementing the project management plan throughout the executing process.
following up with the daily project activities for buildings, infrastructure and roads.
Discussing contractor's proposed solutions for problems which arise during the execution of project activities.
Communicating and holding regular meetings with team members and contractors .
Managing work performance data reporting and issue log updates.
