• Coordinate with the spare parts department to match the replacement parts and report accordingly

- Start Up of the Factory
- (Installation and commissioning for 3 piece can making production line& Beans and Tomato paste lines).
• Performs maintenance management by supervising maintenance personnel and establishing priorities in maintenance schedules. • Maintains manufacturing assets and facility, parts inventory, monitoring purchase orders, invoice approvals, and manages the department budget. • Manages maintenance personnel by setting direction and priorities. • Provides training and continuous development on all maintenance personnel. • Drives the Maintenance and Reliability initiative focused on Preventive & Predictive Maintenance. • Performs other duties by coordinating work with outside inspections, providing project management, ensuring safety of personnel, and performing other duties as required. • Managing, maintaining, and establishing maintenance procedures for production lines in a food manufacturing environment to ensure production meets or performs better than budget.

Apply TPM Concept by the maintenance Team
Assure optimization of the Maintenance Organization Structure
Analysis of repetitive equipment failures
(Both Electrical and Mechanical Failure with high efficiency)
Estimation and reduction of maintenance cost and evaluation of alternative.
Dealing with emergency and unplanned problems and repairs.
Assessing the needs for equipment replacement.
Assessing required maintenance tools and skills for equipment maintenance
Controlling maintenance tools, spare part stores.
Make the installation, commission and SAT for the new production lines (Cans Tomato Paste line, Jars Tomato Paste Line and Autoclaves lines )
Very good deal with seaming machines with different types
(SIMA 2000 With 21 Head, Zelli Bellini 6 Heads) and making over all adjustments for the machines.
Responsible for all electrical maintenance of the facilities and production lines.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:

(Welding, Seaming and End Making Process)
• Making maintenance for seaming Cevolani Machines with 8 Heads.
• Responsible for reporting production and consumption of raw materials and the implementation of the production plan.
• Responsible for product cost analysis.
• Develops manufacturing process by studying product requirements by researching modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment.
• Making scheduled checks on machines and parts and follow up maintenance procedures for the machines to prevent production failure.
• Preparing and implementing action plans effectively to maximize overall equipment efficiency of production machines
