Support to the operation team to resolve workers issues and ensure to resolve within SLA.
Check all the workers issues and resolve it with the concerned department.
Handling client complained raised through portals as well as by CRM.
Support payroll team to process EOS, Bonuses, Other Payment if need to add manually.
• Determining the suitable sources of manpower & finalizing the agreements with them & make sure that there is a constant flow of suitable candidates in case of any instant requirements.
• Handling all the selection process starting from determining the targeted countries - collecting CVs through the suitable way - making short
• listing & selection - conducting the initial interviews - preparing the job offers to the selected candidates & negotiating with the selected candidates if necessary.
• Controlling the whole recruitment database, including various reports of joined, under process, and declined candidates.
• Planning inventory, stock keeping, maintaining of dead stock, reverse stock
• Weekly Target Planning and distribute to team.
• Planning of Sales activities.
• Ensuring of Brand Visibility as per company norms along with visual merchandizing.
• Managing a team of sales executives along with brand promoter staff.
• Playing a major role for Achieving Sales Target, Looking after stock & motivating/Training team members and brand promoter.
• Direct report to Business Head by sending daily reports.
