Accomplishments
● Budgeting for the 54 regional stores and office, Cost controls and
profit optimization.
● Savings achieved in terms of Admin Exps (3.1 Mn) and Inventory
Shrinkage (2.1 Mn). Year on year achieved good results
● Creating Special Sales MIS for the region showing all retails KPI's,
store wise, city wise, Mall wise etc.
● Heading a team of 12 members including Cashiers, Auditors and loss

● Resolving all accounts receivable issues and recoveries of all pending

preparing Monthly Business Review reports, conducting special
audits, scheduling meetings etc, raising invoices and rental Collections
from sublet stores, sales projections

● Resolving frauds cases and one of the cases was mentioned in
Landmark Journal as case study.
● Reviewed the implementation of VAT in our Organization and
suggested how to minimize VAT liabilities through legal means.
● Conducted functional audits, in HR and Payroll, Vendor
Management, Properties, Warehouse and other functional areas and
suggested improvements
● Did a project on Credit Card Transaction and reduced returns on
credit card sales thereby savings huge amounts of bank expenses.
● Helped put proper process in the warehouse in terms of deliveries,
stock takes and trouble stocks.
