To monitor QA/QC related activities of the projects during the fabrication /execution of Aluminum Curtain Walls, Skylights, Aluminum Composite Panels, Doors and Windows. - To provide proactive resolution on quality related problems may arise on the projects / workshop. To ensure that all installed Aluminum, Accessories, Gaskets and etc. are accordance with the specified material. - Has good ability to read Assembly drawings, Part drawings, Erection drawings. - Ability to audit the Log books / RFI’s / to raise queries. - Maintains daily logs and supplement inspection records with photographs Reviews and interpret plans, blue prints, site layouts, specifications and construction methods to ensure compliance to legal requirements and safety regulations. - Implementations of Saudi Aramco Quality system standards schedule - Q. Saudi Aramco Engineering standards, Project Quality plans, Quality assurance procedures, Quality control procedures at the site.
- Ensuring that construction, installation, and operational testing conform to functional specifications and customer requirements. - Supporting and promoting all QHSE policies and procedures implemented by the company. - Preparing PQP, ITP, and other QA/QC documents that may be requested by Project Manager.Reviewing material submittal and its compliance statement before forwarding to consultants’ approval. - Reviewing shop drawings before submission to consultant. - Preparing of O &M Manuals in coordination with site management team. - Inspecting sites daily with consultants. - Maintaining a log and visiting store with consultant for permanent material inspection. - Co-ordinating for internal quality audit. - Closing the NCRs in co-ordination with Management Representative/Quality Manager. - Interacting with the project team in Quality requirements. - Completing the testing and commissioning tasks at project(s) as per project progress. - Maintaining all QA and QC documents legible. - Conducting the factory visit. - Supervising work of quality service providers and inspectors. - Strict implementation of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Standard and all other applicable standards /related procedures. - Controls the documents and data control system.
Implement the QA/QC management system at the site. - Verify that the quality-related site activities are in accordance with the applicable ARAMCO codes and standards. - Monitoring of in situ testing and sampling carried out by independent testing laboratories. - Verify the drawing changes parallel to the progress of activities to be used for drawing as-built (Red Marking). - Receive and check Quality Records reports prior to submittal to the Client for the signature of approval as required. - Responsible for submission of Material Submittal, Shop Drawings, Method of Statements etc. - Responsible for submission of Test Result Submittal. - Responsible for the technical coordination with the consultant and subcontractor. - Responsible for Preparation of Material Inspection Request to Consultant.
Conceptual to detailed design of water dams, retarding basins, service basins - Perform as Capture Manager for pre-positioning and preparing proposalsInspection, investigation and condition assessment of existing dams including review and surveillance of monitoring data. - Comprehensive Safety Reviews and FERC Part12D Inspections of existing Dams and Hydropower. This would require the leading of multidisciplinary teams to deliver all aspects. - Perform Alternatives Analyses, Feasibility Studies, and Detailed Designs with strong knowledge of design drawings and technical specifications. - Keeps informed of new developments and requirements affecting the organization for the purpose of recommending changes in programs and applications. - Conduct potential failure mode analyses and risk analyses for water storage and hydropower dams, including identifying and developing potential failure modes, and serving as Independent Consultant or Facilitator in risk analysis workshops. - Client liaison and experience with technical review boards.
